Mikrofon rauscht beim Telefonieren

Hallo Leute,

 

Hat einer von euch auch beim Samsung Galaxy S7 manchmal so einen komischen Fehler, dass manchmal das Mikrofon nicht funktioniert. Denn, laut meinen Kollegen, kommt es bei mir öfters vor, dass auf einmal ein starkes Rauschen auftritt während des Telefonats aber das ist dann nach einigen Sekunden komischerweise wieder weg. Es ist meistens auch nur einmal im Gespräch und dann nie wieder. Denn hier bin ich im Moment echt ratlos.

 

Mich selbst stört das Rauschen zwar nicht, da ich es selbst nicht höre, aber da mich nun immer mehr Leute drauf aufmerksam machen, will ich etwas dagegen unternehmen. Nur eben habe ich keine Ahnung wie man sowas beheben sollte. Da ich den Fehler gemacht hab und es "Neuwertig" vor einigen Monaten jemanden abgekauft habe, kann ich es auch vergessen, dass ich das nun zu Samsung einschicke.

 

Nun bleibt mir halt nur noch die Option, dass ich es repariere. Aber das trau ich mir ehrlich gesagt nicht zu. Denn das Handy, auch wenn es nicht komplett neu war, war nicht ganz günstig. Und da dann das komplette Handy kaputtmachen nur um eine Reparatur zu Versuchen? Ich weiß ja nicht. Deswegen bleibt mir eigentlich nur noch die Option es reparieren zu lassen. Dazu hab ich schonmal etwas online nachgesehen und die hier gefunden.

 

Da es dort wo ich wohne keinen solchen Reparaturservice gibt, muss ich wohl doch etwas weiter fahren. Und laut den Bewertungen sind die auch relativ kompetent. Oder was meint Ihr? Soll ich mein Handy bei so einer Reparatur Werkstatt reparieren lassen oder nicht?

 

Denn ich hab echt keinen anderen Plan mehr. Außer ich lass das Handy so wie es ist und ertrag halt das Gemecker von den anderen Kollegen noch ein bisschen. Es soll ja dann auch mal das S8 rauskommen. Weis man dazu schon was? Denn wenn es gut wird, überleg ich es mir zu kaufen ... und diesmal nicht "Neuwertig"
